French pianist Pierre-Laurent Aimard has signed exclusively with Alpha Classics. He launches the partnership with two album releases: Schönberg: Piano Works (2 October 2026), in which he traces the composer’s artistic evolution through five landmark works from Op. 11 (1909) to Op. 33b (1931), and Beethoven The Avant-Gardist (26 March 2027), in which he alternates Beethoven’s piano works with those of Scriabin, Stockhausen and Boulez, released to mark the 200th anniversary of Beethoven’s death. Forthcoming highlights include recitals at the Salzburger Festspiele and the Edinburgh International Festival, Bartók’s Third Piano Concerto in Seoul, and a recital at Wigmore Hall in September 2026.
CAMI Music has announced exclusive US and Canada representation of Tel Aviv-born pianist Tom Borrow. In 2019, the then 18-year-old stepped in at 36 hours’ notice to replace Khatia Buniatishvili in a series of concerts with the Israel Philharmonic Orchestra and has since been named a BBC New Generation Artist and Musical America’s New Artist of the Month following his US debut with the Cleveland Orchestra. He has performed with orchestras including the London Philharmonic Orchestra, BBC Symphony Orchestra and Czech Philharmonic, and has appeared at Wigmore Hall, the Concertgebouw Amsterdam and the Verbier Festival. Forthcoming US and Canada engagements include the Dallas Symphony, Atlanta Symphony, Pittsburgh Symphony and recital appearances at the Aspen Music Festival and Vancouver Recital Society.
German pianist, composer and arranger Justus Eichhorn, aged 16, has signed exclusively with Deutsche Grammophon for his debut album The Source, released
4 September 2026 digitally, on CD and on vinyl. The album brings together works by Bach, Liszt, Mendelssohn, Hindemith and Strauss alongside three world premiere recordings of his own compositions, his arrangement of Vivaldi’s Largo from the Flautino Concerto in C major, RV 443, and imaginative reworkings of studies by Czerny. Forthcoming concert highlights include Beethoven’s Fourth Piano Concerto in Stuttgart and a solo recital at the Elbphilharmonie Hamburg in December.
IMG Artists has expanded its representation of Argentinian pianist Ingrid Fliter to include North America, where she was previously represented by Linda Marder, who is retiring after a 20-year partnership. Winner of the 2006 Gilmore Artist Award, the first woman to receive the honour, highlights of the 2025–26 season included orchestral appearances with the Oregon Symphony, San Diego Symphony and Gulbenkian Orchestra, and recitals at the Fryderyk Chopin Institute in Warsaw and the London Piano Festival at Kings Place. Recent engagements also include appearances with the Minnesota Orchestra and the Sydney, Singapore and Vancouver symphony orchestras.
HarrisonParrott has welcomed Austrian pianist and composer Kiron Atom Tellian to its roster for worldwide general management. First Prize winner at the 2024 Young Concert Artists Susan Wadsworth International Auditions, where he also received eight special prizes, highlights include his Carnegie Hall debut at Zankel Hall this year and forthcoming engagements with orchestras in Lyon, Antwerp, Barcelona and Dallas. As a composer, his orchestral work received its premiere at the Musikverein, with a further commission in place for 2027–28.
