Opera
A fiery, sultry Carmen directed by Francesca Zambello; La Bohème directed by Gale Edwards, and set in 1930s Berlin; and a suspenseful new production of Eugene Onegin directed by Kasper Holten will all feature in Opera Australia’s 2014 season.
Verdi’s Rigoletto and Othello, and Donizetti’s The Elixir of Love will also be presented, along with a new staging of The Turk in Italy, directed by Andrea Molino and Simon Philips.
