Classical guitarist Miloš Karadaglić has signed with Decca Classics. His first album with the label will be released next year.
The Montenegrin’s most recent album – a collection of Beatles arrangements – came out on Mercury Classics and Deutsche Grammophon in 2016. Previous albums include Mediterráneo (2011), Latino (2012) and Aranjuez (2014).
Commented Karadaglić: “I feel very at home with the Decca team and I can’t wait to get back into the studio and work with them in the future.”
Added Decca Classics managing director Alexander Buhr: “We are delighted to welcome Miloš to Decca. He is an incredibly gifted and elegant musician, with a burning passion for music and his instrument.”
Before heading into the studio Karadaglić has a number of festival dates in the calendar: Bravo Niagara Festiva (18 August), Ravinia Festival (20 August) and Aldeburgh Festival (24 August). He also performed at BBC Proms on 2 August.
