ISPA accepting applications for Pitch New Works

ISPA – the International Society for the Performing Arts – is now accepting applications for its next Pitch New Works programme.

The next edition of Pitch New Works will be part of ISPA’s virtual congress in January 2021. The application process is now open, and closes on 11 September.

“Pitch New Works is a forum for creators and arts professionals to share and discover new performing arts projects,” said ISPA CEO David Baile in a statement. “Do you have a new work in development or recently premiered to pitch at the upcoming congress? Past participants have secured additional project support, representation, touring opportunities, international exposure, and more.”

It is the second time ISPA has run a virtual Pitch New Works session, following an edition in June that stood in place of its cancelled mid-year congress that was planned for Taipei.

The congress itself – ISPA’s first entirely virtual programme, in response to COVID-19 lockdown – will run from 11-15 January. The full programme is still to be confirmed, though ISPA have said registration will start on 22 September.
