Conductors

Conductor Fabien Gabel has joined Askonas Holt for management in Europe and Asia. During the 2024-25 season, his engagements include a return to the Orchestre National de Belgique and a debut at the Tongyeong International Music Festival in South Korea. Next season, Gabel will assume the role of Chief Conductor of the Tonkünstler Orchester.

KD SCHMID has welcomed violinist Guido Sant’Anna to its roster for general management, following his participation in the KD SCHMID Fellowship Scheme. Winner of  the 2022 International Fritz Kreisler Competition, Sant’Anna’s season highlights include performances at the Hamburg Elbphilharmonie and Konzerthaus Berlin. He also has upcoming engagments with the
Wiener Symphoniker, Helsinki Philharmonic and São Paulo State Symphony Orchestra.


Singers

Gloria Jieun Choi has joined IMG Artists for general management. The Korean soprano recently won First Prize at the 62nd Concurs Internacional de Cant Tenor Viñas in Barcelona. This season she will perform as Agathe in Der Freischütz in Frankfurt Oder, the Countess in Le nozze di Figaro in Seoul, and make her debut as Cio-Cio San in Madama Butterfly at Staatstheater Cottbus. 

Askonas Holt has welcomed Chelsea Zurflüh to its roster for worldwide general management. The talented Swiss soprano recently won First Prize at the SWR Junge Opernstars 2025 and last year achieved remarkable success at the Concours de Genève, earning First Prize along with nine other awards. Highlights this season include debuts with the Tonkünstler Orchester performing Mozart’s Requiem, appearances at the Handel Festspiele as Clori in Clori, Tirsi e Fileno, and a role debut as Serpina in Pergolesi’s
La Serva Padrona at Theatre

Aryeh Nussbaum Cohen has joined Intermusica for European management. This season the American countertenor’s engagements include the world premiere of Mikael Karlsson and Royce Vavrek’s adaptation of Fanny and Alexander
at La Monnaie de Munt and his Salzburg Festival debut as Olga in Eötvös’ Three Sisters.

Thomas Kinch has joined Askonas Holt for management in Europe. The Welsh tenor, who is currently an Adler Fellow at San Francisco Opera, will appear as Don José in Carmen and Melot in Tristan und Isolde.

Tenor Travon D. Walker has joined IMG Artists for general management. Currently a second-year artist at The Patrick G. and Shirley W. Ryan Opera Center with Lyric Opera of Chicago, Walker will perform in Rigoletto, Fidelio and La bohème this season.
