World culture summit: the debate

This week Santiago, Chile hosted the 6th World Summit on Arts & Culture. Globalisation and new technology for creativity topped the agenda, with talks from a Google Glass developer and the leader of a Maori arts institute – even Ai Weiwei made an appearance.
