Soprano Jazmine Saunders has joined IMG Artists for general management. Currently a member of the Metropolitan Opera’s Lindemann Young Artist Development Program, her recent roles include Barbarina (Le nozze di Figaro), with appearances this season as Clara (Porgy and Bess) and Lisa (La sonnambula). Saunders’ recent work spans Verdi, Mozart and contemporary repertoire, and she has appeared as a soloist in concert performances of works by Mozart and Bach.
Keynote Artist Management welcomes tenor Dafydd Jones for worldwide general management. A member of the Bayerische Staatsoper Opernstudio, his forthcoming engagements in Munich include roles in Der Englische Katze, Fidelio and Parsifal. He also returns to Garsington Opera this summer as Telemaco in Il ritorno d’Ulisse in patria. Jones is a prizewinner at the Royal Overseas League Competition and the Kathleen Ferrier Competition and is active as a recitalist and song performer.
Tenor Daniel Luis Espinal has joined Askonas Holt for worldwide general management. Currently in his second year at the Ryan Opera Center of the Lyric Opera of Chicago, his recent roles there include Jaquino (Fidelio) and Don Curzio (The Marriage of Figaro), with appearances this season as Beppe (Pagliacci) and Third Jew (Salome). Outside Chicago, he sings Frederic (The Pirates of Penzance) at Opera Theatre of Saint Louis. Espinal is a prizewinner at the Metropolitan Opera Laffont Competition and an alumnus of the Merola Opera Program and the Académie d’Aix-en-Provence.
Alasdair Kent has signed with IMG Artists for general management. Recognised for his interpretations of Rossini and Mozart repertoire, his recent engagements include appearances with houses such as the Wiener Staatsoper, Teatro alla Scala, Bayerische Staatsoper, Opernhaus Zürich and the Rossini Opera Festival. The 2025–26 season includes house debuts at the Opéra national de Paris and Staatsoper Unter den Linden, alongside returns to Teatro Regio di Torino, Opera Philadelphia and Den Norske Opera & Ballett.
David Lagares has joined TACT Artists Management for general management. He has appeared at major opera houses including Teatro Real Madrid, Gran Teatre del Liceu, Ópera de Oviedo and Opéra Grand Avignon, with repertoire spanning works such as Il trovatore, Il barbiere di Siviglia, Don Giovanni, Roméo et Juliette and La bohème. His forthcoming engagements include productions of Carmen, Tosca, Maria Stuarda, Simon Boccanegra, Attila and Don Carlo. Lagares trained at the Professional Conservatory of Seville and has been a frequent guest at Teatro de la Maestranza.
